Places need to make a noise to be noticed and we are very much looking forward to the exuberant noises that the United Kingdom will be making at 08:12 (UK time) on Friday 27 July, 2012.
For three minutes all the bells will be ringing to announce the first day of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Everyone across the country is invited to take part.
